HSEQ – health, safety, environment and quality at ESA

Every company has responsibility for his employees and his entire corporate environment, such as customers, suppliers and the environment. At ESA we take this responsibility seriously and have implemented an HSEQ management system according to the international standards of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. The active involvement of all employees, comprehensive risk management and a continuous improvement process are the basis for successful implementation.

Environmental Protection

Through careful work in all our work areas and sustainable corporate policy decisions, we can achieve continuous improvement in environmental protection. Our electric vehicle fleet is expanded annually, which achieves a far-reaching reduction in CO2. The company’s own photovoltaic system can cover the entire power requirement of the company.
Waste is reduced through responsible action by all employees and reuse of packaging materials.

Occupational safety and health

The health and safety of our employees is our top priority.
Work areas are checked for possible loads and hazards. Recording near misses is another cornerstone for minimizing / eliminating work-related accidents. Likewise, last-minute risk analyzes are carried out on our construction sites before starting work. A modern, bright office building creates a pleasant working environment and the annual provision of preventive check-ups promotes the preservation of our team’s health.

Quality

Quality means not only satisfying the customer,
but also inspiring him with the delivered service!

Our high quality work is the basis for the trust of our customers and
employees in the quality of our services. Not only to acquire this trust,
but constantly cultivating and furthering it is the goal of all our quality efforts.
