In principle the dosing happens everywhere there where
a selected quantity has to be manufactured.
This can come upon in any industry in any appliance.
Some examples for this purpose:
+ Dosing from bulk freight
++ Loading from material in trucks, rail, ship,...
++ Rate of stoves (biomass power plants, blast furnaces,...)
++ Dosing in container (e.g. centrifugals for further converting from a
material)
+ Dosing from liquids
++ Dosing from chemistry for conditioning of industrial water or
sewage, of triggered cellulose for paper machines
++ Dosing from process or industrial water for the watering of compost
++ Dosing from mash in fermenting silos
+ Dosing of aerially media
++ injection of air in fermenting silos
The mixing and dosing contains all inchoate from easy uses like
for example the dosing of a liquid for conditioning of
liquid media to complete Mixing of a recipes.
According to construction of the factory can this reach from a system, at what
electric components action the dosing independent, to the point of
automation system with complete recipes administration and
connection on greater merchandise planning and control systems.
With OPICOM you have the perfect system!
The terms and definitions mixing and dosing are different in the kind
of use. At dosing a defined quantity is merged as result.
Thus nothing other than to prepare by a recipe a product.
For mixing from media a recipe is needed as specification. In this
recipe are the articles and whose needed quantities indicated.
In OPICOM (Order - Plan - Information -
Control - Management - System, from ESA developed)
a recipe according to fixed specification is choosed and inserted rather
from an enterprise resource planning imported.
There is thus a parameter, index value how much mass has to be charged
in a object and a sensor, which comprise the current quantity.
The material is dosed in a scale, until the parameter agree on the
actual value.
In OPICOM the tolerance can be input and changed, which size
varied naturally according to article and quantity unit.
We tune the installation accurately.
The change-over point for the fine dosing is keyed.
The pre-threshold is every time recalculated, because by every
article, according to thermal/cold/charge of the silos, the dump speed can
change.
This guarantees that the desired quantity as accurately as possible is
dosed! In the recipe administration can be input rather is allocated,
which article in which scale has to be dosed. It is accurate detained,
in which silo (with ID-number), what and how much is contained.
Beside the actual recipe, which is basically always the same, the
machine parameters are configured, that are special
settings for construction. It is deposited what advances in addition
to the recipe. For example, here are the batch size, the water addition, which
mixer when has to be choosed, mixing times or/and index value times of
pumps/screws keyed.
In the order management from the recipe management the data
(recipe, machine parameters) - even all order related data (from OPICOM)
are loaded and visualised. Everything here can be again
controlled and the brief can be started. You see
intimately on the screen what where happen currently.
In the containers the needed materials are dosed according to recipe.
From scales the articles comes to the default mixer.
There the articles are admixed and after they will be discharged for further use.
This can be a a new dosing for a next mixer, pressing of pellets,
a storage or a dosing for a loading or filling.
In a reporting you can see accurate, what when in which quantity
by who has been mixed. One click on charges and you can see all components:
Which articles when have been dosed and the accurate actual and target
quantity.
