If the module OPICOM - order maintenance is integrated, product, quantity, delivery date, type of packaging and schemas for planishing can be selected exactly at the time of ordering! Then the system arranges the orders in the correct way, so that all orders are available at the desired time with preferably few changeover times at the desired day of delivery for shipment. In case of a non-correctable overlapping, the system makes an advice and gives the production manager the possibility to intervene and to re-schedule the dates.

Precise loading of vehicles, wether calibratable or not, saves time-consuming as well as costs. Overload makes time-consuming unloading necessary, underloading is economically not arguable. An accurate weighing system directly at the loading point ensures, that the vehicle is loaded optimally. The finally payload on the weighbridge can also be verified if desired. A continuous recording of material flow is always guaranteed.

The next stage of expansion is the integration of a transponder system into the loading management: When checking in, the shipper gets a chip with the essential information for the shipment. This chip will be read-out at the loading ramp and the plant is set for the specific action - loading is done automatically , equal if the product is solid, liquid or pre-packed.

All these single steps in the area of weighing, shipping and packing are implemented into our complete system.
